Confirmation Criteria
How a spot in the Distance - 21 km Half Marathon is confirmed.
A place in the Distance - 21 km Half Marathon is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is confirmed only once all of the criteria below are satisfied. Registering does not guarantee a bib until confirmation is complete — entries remain provisional until payment and eligibility checks are cleared.
Your Entry Is Confirmed When
- The online application form has been submitted in full, with accurate personal, emergency-contact and medical details.
- Payment of the applicable application fee has been successfully received (see Application Fees).
- The participant meets the minimum age requirement for the 21 KM category on race day.
- A valid government-issued photo ID has been provided at the time of application.
- A self-declared medical fitness statement has been accepted.
- The category has not reached its maximum bib capacity for the event.
What Happens Next
Once all criteria are met, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent with a registration reference number. This reference number, along with the government ID used at registration, must be carried to bib collection / race expo for physical bib and timing chip pick-up. Entries with incomplete information or unverified payments will remain on a pending list and may be released to the waitlist closer to race day.
